Please follow the below steps for configuring Power BI Data Mart in Power BI Service.
Pre-requisites:
- A workspace setup with Power BI Premium (Per Capacity or Per User) account.
- BI Connector Server edition installed on the Power BI Gateway machine.
Steps to create Power BI Data Mart:
- Install the BI Connector Server Edition on the Gateway machine and configure the BI Connector DSN using the steps here
- In your Power BI Service via browser, navigate to any workspace setup with a Power BI Premium account, click New, and select Datamart(Preview)
- Click Get Data and Select BI Connector
Now you'll be able to connect to your OBIEE data source and setup the Datamart on Power BI Service.
