When you encounter an issue with the BI Connector, the BI Connector team may request that you share the BI Connector log files for troubleshooting purposes.
This article will walk you through the steps to download the BI Connector log files.
Below are the steps to download BI Connector log files if you use BI Connector v6.3 or above. For BI Connector v6.2 and below, refer this article.
- Open the BI Connector application.
- Click on the Help Center in the left pane.
- Click Download logs.
- Save the zip file in your preferred location.
- Email the saved zip file to the BI Connector team.
